It’s so interesting to see the relationship between emotions and creativity. I remember being really down for a while and my sister said to me, “Well, have you been creating?” Weeks ago I had finished studying expressive arts and no longer had a regularly scheduled creative outlet! I didn’t draw the connection directly until she asked the question.
